Brilliant Nannies Nanny Agency was founded in December 2012 in Richmond Borough, London, UK. The founder has a BSc in Psychology and is a sleep and behaviour coach. She has combined her vast experience as a head-hunter/executive coach and childcare worker to start her own business. She’s dynamic, friendly, and dedicated, with over 10+ years of experience looking after children from newborns to 13 years of age, up to 4 children simultaneously, including twins and nanny share. She has also done many successful sleep training sessions with parents.

Her business partner is a parent, has been a nanny for over 10 years, and has a degree in Marketing.

The Brilliant Nannies Nanny Agency team will take the time to listen to the families’ and childcare workers’ needs so that they can offer genuine advice on what the best form of childcare might be.
